Our greatest desire is that each of the people who buy some of our minerals are very satisfied with their purchase, therefore we take great care but if for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the specimen you have bought, you can let us know your wish to cancel your order within 14 days after the delivery date. Please refer to return conditions and instructions.

If for any reason you receive the pieces that you bought and decide that on our website there is another one that you like more, you can request the change (within 14 days from reception) to our e-mail address [email protected] If the specimen you have purchased initially is more expensive than the new mineral you wish to purchase you will receive a rebate for the difference, otherwise you must complete the remaining value. Transportation costs of the returning mineral are carried by the customer.
